- A refunded license can no longer be activated.
- Price changes, including the end of founder pricing, aren't refunded or credited.
Your files
wtfile is designed never to overwrite or delete files, and every rename can be undone. Still, keep backups of important files. wtfile is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to wtfile is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you bought wtfile applies to that purchase.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
